1. Return policy

You should return replica watch that was sold by us no more than 15 days (based on the delivery record online) of receipt of your order. Return must be upon pre-approval of us. We would NOT be able to process any exchange or refund before we receive the returning replica watches. Therefore, please email us at sales@hot-watches-shop.com and ask for our address before you return the watch. Please note carefully that we do offer exchanges only if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect replica watches.

2. Non-returnable items

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

Any replica watch that is returned more than 15 days after receipt.
Any replica watch that has been used.
Any replica watch is not a result of our fault.
Any replica watch that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

3. Return procedures
 
Your returns must follow these steps as below:

- Contact us at sale@hot-watches-shop.com to ask for our address.
- Provide your Order Number and describe the reason for returning.
- All return shipping cost must be prepaid by your side.

4. Exchange policy
 
Before shipping, we have the 100% professional quality inspection. We do our best efforts to make sure that the replica watch we are going to send to you is in a good condition and package that in order to avoid damage during delivery. If unfortunately the watch damaged in the delivery process, you and us both should take the responsibility for the issues.

As the same case as return, we do offer exchanges only if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect replica watches. Normally, we will re-send the exchanged replica watch in the same way.

5. Refund policy
 
Please note that before making a refund for any returned watch we will first verify its conditions. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return.

We regret that we do not accept to refund original shipping cost with the return. We can only refund the amount of replica watch. We also have to remind you that if your order was placed from a sales promotion and came with a gift, you must return them together in order to have the full refund. Otherwise, original value of the additional gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refund timeline
 
Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase when you placing an order on our website. We do not make a refund by cash. We contact the bank and apply for refund once we've received the returned watch. Generally, the refund process costs a week. It is estimated that the money you paid will credit back to your account within 3 weeks. Refund notification will be sent to you via email when processed.  

7. Undeliverable orders
 
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box or hotel address, or unclaimed. In this case, we will try to contact you again to ask you to provide your exact shipping address. We can arrange to re-send your replica watches that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, you MUST bear for the re-send freight. Re-send freight is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase. If we are unable to get in touch with you via email or phone, we will make a refund by deducting the original shipping cost $35.
